Don't think I've ever really experienced an 'in the moment' example of déjà vu.

But there are hunners of times when I've been experiencing a memory of something that I've recently done or a place I've been to in the past few hours (or day or two) and it feels like it's something I've done before or somewhere I've been before. As if the recent memory is a memory of something from ages ago.

So...

Q1: Is that actually déjà vu, or does déjà vu have to be 'in the moment'?

Q2: If it's not déjà vu, what is it, and does it have a name?

Q2: Does anyone alse get/have this 'after the event' thing I'm on about?
