too much!

Go in there during a lunch time and they're on you, fighting each other to serve you within seconds of arrival, all stood behind the counter shoting at you for attention when you're standing behind 3/4 other people who are waiting for their coffees/paninnis. All the time there's some manager type with no apron running around constantly facing up the sandwiches and sweeping insanely, all the time shouting at all the staff.

Fair play to em, you get served quickly and you're out of there again in seconds sometimes, but jeez, it just stresses me out. God knows what it must be like to work there. Is this what we really want from a sandwich shop?
