Didn't know it at the time, just watched them spend a few hours in the square outside our rented apartment doing the bit where the angels all walk toward the guy. It looked far artier, cleverer and more complex when they were filming it.

Strangely, I'm not sure the director knew what he was filming for since as well as the angels loads of random guys in the square were all being drawn to where the angels were going, like it was actually Jesus or something there.
