Something I've thought about doing a thread on before, and today it's topical.

So yeah what's the ratio of blokes and birds at your gaff?

I saw an article the other day that said my organisation was 41% female. Surely some mistake. Maybe that's globally. Certainly in our London office it feels about 70% female.

Just doing a quick headcount of my department there are 30 women in a department of 38. Three of the four team heads are female, 2 of the 3 department heads are female and our division director is also a woman.

So how does you place of work fall? Are you a mother's meeting or a den of alpha male tossers?
