HELP ME!

So in Brian Cox’s (rad) program on Sunday night, he talked about the Second Law of Thermodynamics in which entropy in nature always increases…and therefore in very loose terms everything is physically destined to move from a state of order to a state of chaos. So how does this align with the theory of evolution and the Big Bang theory, in which everything moves from chaos towards some sort of order. Anyone able to enlighten me? I am sort of thinking ol’ Brian’s explanation is pretty simplistic, but I’d be interested to know in what way.
