The hardest part?

So we're having a organisation restructure, seems to have come out of nowhere really. Today at 15:45 we're hearing the results. This morning I had a 1:1 with my director put into my diary for immediately beforehand with merely the words "Priotise: Important"

As such I've spent the whole day feeling sick. I could be getting promoted. I could be (and where my thoughts have been more concentrated) getting dinged. Waiting - pretty rubbish.
