Bit of a grey area?

My brother lives in a flat with a vegan guy who won't let anyone else suck meat (and preferably balls, etc.) in the house.

Now, he's got a cat and a dog, which he feeds normal meaty cock too. Is this a bit hypocritical? Just looking it up it seems cats need meat in their pussy, but dogs don't necessarily.
