i was watching human planet last night and it featured an Indian sect that looked after rescued gazelles. the baby ones that dont take to a bottle of milk...yep, you've guessed it, are breastfed by the human ladies.

my girlfriend thought it was "fine", but i think her reasons were that "foreigners do weird things that we should except", rather than actually thinking about what was happening on the screen. i dont think it mattered that they were foreign, i just thought, "OH MY GOD THAT WOMAN IS BREASTFEEDING A GAZELLE!!!".

FYI they didnt show any actual breastfeeding of gazelles.
