Pension-aged people will never comprehend the name of this popular soft drink, however frequently they enjoy it. I have come to accept this, even as they order their third bottle of the evening.

Another one: the concept that younger generations might be aware of anything that happened before the year they were born. Someone the other day was talking about Marilyn Monroe, and then said 'Oh of course, you wouldn't know her, before your time' or something. Yes, please tell me more about this forgotten actress from the mists of yesteryear.
