in other news, there were stickers on the bins on the path back to work from Mill Road. The stickers said "CITY RANGER" and then underneath "PLEASE REMOVE BIN FROM HIGHWAY". Ranger? Highway? It's like a John Wayne film except with recycling bins and Victorian terraces.
