Earlier on my email sent out spam-style emails to everyone that i've communicated with in the last few months. This isn't ideal. All the academics who teach me got it, as well as the mailing lists that I manage (hooray!). I haven't got a virus and i've not idea if this thing is malicious or just annoying. Any idea what it could be? My friend thinks it's something called a spoof worm. I've sent out warning/apology emails and changed my password but i've no idea what else I should do. I'm fairly internet safe and haven't to the best of my knowledge clicked on any dodgy links or handed my email out. This is just so frustrating as it makes me look like a twat to people I barely know. AHHHH. This would never happen with letters. Cheers.
