1. I think the cleaners at work are waging a guerilla war on my pen pot.

I once left a post-it on my desk saying "please clean this desk!" cos they never did. Ever since I've had an immaculate desk but my pens disappear pretty much every day, and one of my pencils got snapped in half and re-deposited, and the tip of a nice felt tip pen got totally fucked up too. Also there are sometimes random items like pencil shavings and little rubbers that have been pulled off the end of pencils deposited in there.
