Next saturday 26 Feb I'm doing a sponsored dance marathon for a great charity in East London that is much under threat from cuts to local government funding and the Big Society agenda. They are called Headway East London and provide amazing services for adults with brain injuries, helping them with all aspects of their lives.

I'm going to be dancing, to a variety of live bands covering bollywood, swing and county dancing for 8 hours. I admit I will be having fun but if you could give some money to Headway as an acknowledgement of my effort and their brilliant work I would really appreciate it.
