Are retailers legally allowed to charge more for 'delivery' than is required to cover their costs?
They want to make a profit, and are of course entitled to, I get that, but how the fuck is it reasonable to charge me £1 to send me a fucking e-ticket? Or charge me the same amount to come and collect the ticket from the box office?
