I've applied for a job. It requires good Excel skills. They wanted to test this. I agreed and assumed it would go fine.

Turns out the entire test was based only on the 'improvements' and 'innovations' on Excel 2007. Having only ever worked in the public sector, where computers are 12 years behind reality, I've never used Excel 2007 and knew literally nothing. So that's probably that then.
