Single Room in 3-bed N1 flat for Rent

We are seeking a like-minded person to join our flat in Barnsbury, Islington. We are 25 and 30, one works in music, the other in HR. We share a passion for sport (particularly football and cricket), drinking and the occasional front-room past-times of a few films and video games.

The room is small - we make no bones about that - but there is a large living room where we all spend a good deal of time, complete with a 50" TV, PS3, Xbox, Sky HD (with movies and sports) and Blu-Ray. On top of this, we have very fast broadband, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster etc.

The flat itself is extremely well connected, being less than 15 minutes walk to Caledonian Road, Kings Cross and Higbury and Islington tube stations, plus less than three minutes walk to bus routes including 91, 17, 259, 274 and 153, including night buses.

We're keen to stress that the flat is not palatial and it certainly isn't for everybody, but if you're into what we are, it's a really friendly, fun place to live - the roast meals on Sundays are exceptional too.

It comes in at £360 per month, plus bills and council tax on top and is available from mid-February.
