What do you do when they're cleaning the windows and you're inside?

Do you hide? Do you carry on as normal and ignore them?

The window cleaner is cleaning the windows right now. I tend to go for the ignore. What do you do? Have you ever been a window cleaner and seen anything interesting inside a window?
