A report today says the average price of a pint has finally topped £3. Living in the south east, that doesn't surprise me.

I tend to drink ale where possible, which is usually cheaper, but whatever it is, if it's £4 or above I'll think twice about drinking. At a push, I'll buy one and nurse it. I'm still northern at heart.
