Not really a personal food like and dislike thread, more for those products you have bought, eaten/tried to eat and thought “How the absolute fuck does anyone in the world actually manage to eat this shit?”

I’m not a fussy eater and will eat any old rubbish really, but this lot are truly appalling.

Discovery Guacamole – Unbelievable. I must stress my expectations of guacamole from a squeezy bottle were very, very low. Discovery run with the tag line of “more adventurous tastes”. If the “taste” of this product was an adventure it would be the kind where you go rock climbing one weekend and end up having to cut your arm off with a pen knife.

Crespo Olives wiv herbs (Sachet, not the jars, which are pretty crap, but edible) – Inedible. Ridiculously salty and heinous after-taste that doesn’t even have the decency of sneaking up on you, you know that it’s coming and it’s unforgettable/unforgivable.

Findus crispy pancakes – Tried once when I was a student. I’m not even sure what the taste aim is with this one. A crispy pancake?

I don’t know who repeatedly buys these products or who is involved in the taste testing of them, but they are failing us all.
