I'm supposed to be heading back down south for family and friend Christmas reunion times but everyone I've called seems to thing some kind of snowy armageddon is destined for the weekend.

However, the bbc forecast doesn't seem too bad for the southeast at all...

So. What have you heard? Are you knee deep in the white stuff? Have you been gazing skywards and tugging at your beard in an anxious way?
