I need some sandwich ideas. As I really don't like the vast majority of spreads (esp. mayonaise, pickles and even mustard) I really struggle to keep my sandwich enthusiasm levels very high.

My faves are:

1. Chicken (pressed or diced dunnae matter) + pesto + sliced mushroom + cheese (swiss, if possible) + spinach

2. Bacon + cream cheese + cos lettuce

3. Falafel + hummus + rocket in a wrap (cheating?)

Post your favourite combinations of sandwich fillings (with or without spreads) so that I might see the possibilities of lunch anew.
