Should we name and shame those who fail to send mixtapes but gratefully receive mixtapes?

Perhaps we could "suspend" the guilty parties from thommos MixtapSixtape. I just find it a bit rude that we enter this arrangement on good faith and from a personnal point of view, put a lot of effort into the tracklisting, artwork etc. I would like to think the person i have been paired up with also does the same.

If you arent going to send a return mixtape, then dont put your name forward in the first place.
