you know you always hear of people writing off to companies to complain about their products and getting a load of free shit for it? anyone ever done it.

never done it myself, but i know people who have:

- written to Golden Virginia about too many pieces of wood in their tobacco, and getting a free box of baccie.

- complained to bassetts that they had no green jelly babies in a packet, and got a whole tube of green ones sent back.

- worked for McDonalds head office - apparently at the first whiff of any complaint the complainant gets offered vouchers for free meals etc.
