i think this forum would be shit with moderators for a few reasons.
1)the forum will become clicky with people sucking up, and not as easy going as at the moment.
2)there will have to be rules that everyone abides to along the lines of: 'no swearing, no insulting no expressing your view if i dont like it'
3)it will give a hieracal nature to the forum, which wouldnt be a good thing.

although i reckon it could work if the moderators remained anonymous and just deleted the double/triple posts, or the repeated topics.
as for trolls, who gives a shit just ignore them, and if you dont its your own fault. And how do you define a troll anyway? leave them be i say.
