Ugh. So this evening, being friends with a few Germans I went to watch the Germany - Portugal match with them, and a few other friends too. Maybe if the Deutsch had lost it may have been different, but. Upon winning, they decided the apt way to celebrate was to go to the local strip club. "Let's go to Brown(s)", said they. "Uhh, okay", said I, having never been to a strip club in my life.

What a depressing, demoralising, place. I don't quite understand how anyone can enjoy them. Well done, some woman to which you have no, absolutely no emotional connection to, is taking her clothes off in front of you. What does this mean? Absolutely Fucking Nothing! All I saw was a gaggle of men gawping at some surgically-enhanced woman wearing too much makeup, who I will never see again. I asked myself, what's the fucking point? But they all seemed to be going for it, hooting and hollering like gibbons, and I was just left bewildered. I watched three women "strutting their stuff", then left having failed to even have been threatened by anything approaching a hard-on.

Who enjoys strip clubs? And why? Why? I just don't get it...
