Point (please ignore if expecting a half-assed attempt at humour): I've got to write a personal reference for a friend, for a job thingy. Never done one before, anyone got any advice on what I should put, other than: 'I have known him for 15 years, one of the funniest people I know, love him to bits but personally wouldn't dream of employing him'?
