This e-mail circular just came around the office from the main receptionist:

Good Morning,

Once again there has been a complaint made from the buildings management with regards to the condition in which the 1st floor ladies toilets are being left. In the interest of hygiene please leave toilets as you would expect to find them. Toilet brushes are provided in each cubicle. It is not in the cleaners remit to clean filthy toilets.
