karl is a fellow i work with. he's a complete idiot. he just told me that yesterday (when i had my gammy eye out) that he thought i had been pub brawling, then followed this up with a shout of "rock n roll".

he has also asked me on occasion what it's like to be "living the dream", because i play in a band. the last time he asked me this was just after we played a show in london where afterwards i ended up sleeping in a car, in considerable cold and rain, in the middle of kensington (outside ICU).

this guy is fucking rubbish. when we went on a training course at the start of last year we each had to say something about ourselves. the best he could come up with was that he likes diet coke. apparently he's not on a diet or anything, he just prefers the way it tastes compared to normal coke. THAT'S THE MOST INTERESTING THING ABOUT HIM!?!?!??

i'm afraid to confirm that it is.
