What a legend. I'm not a Tory supporter but Howard does the funniest speeches I've ever seen! How does he do that bizarre thing with his hands? Its like the Thunderbirds with a drunk puppeteer. And the way he says "peepill" is brilliant. After tomorrows defeat, all I can say is let him stay as party leader!
