For years I have been searching for a TV programme to top the one where Fred Dibnah (RIP) builds his own mine.
I have found a programme, not that good but still genius anyway.
It's What the Ancients did for us on BBC2 at 8.
Did anyone else watch it?
It's edutainment at it's best.
Adam Hart Davies is comedy genius and there is a new woman presenter who is so enthusiastic she's from a bygone age and really should be hosting Blue Peter.

The best bit is that I've learned loads as well.
