Now as am ex smoker I think someone should be arranging a night dedicated to smoking heavily in a small boozer in a back street in London as a final 2 finger salute - what does everyone think?

I agree venues will soon not be smoky, but they will still be populated by tall sweaty men out on their own (again) treading on everyone's toes as they selfishly sing every word to all the obscure songs to the roof, like they're being flagellated by the entire Hefner back catalogue or something. Good God.
