I went with my dear friend Jim to visit neolithic monuments, as outlined in the Julian Cope book The Modern Antiquarian, in North Yorkshire.

We visited Brimham Rocks, an ancient holy site, which is made of all these amazing weird natural rock formations, the Devil's Arrows, three HUGE twenty-two foot high, phallic standing stones, and two really really well preserved henges, which would have held 2000 people each when it use. It was really spiritual. Modern religion is such a joke. Ancient religions are all about communing directly with the natural, sensible God of nature and the earth, full of mystery and natural perfection and this-ness and modern religions are through a ridiculous conduit and are so unambiguous and fake and unreal.
