I do this thing where I kind of have to clear the phleghm in my throat, because the whole inside of my head is tickling. I do this by making a horrible, horrible, PGGGGHHHHH kind of sound. The trouble is, once you do it once, the tickling gets worse, so you end up doing it loads. It helps if you diggle your ears with your fingers at the same time.

Anyone else do this? My brother does. My mum calls it hornswaggling.
