I just downloaded a new version of iTunes, and before you can install it there's this like 10,000 word contract of agreements etc.. which you just skip over and click 'I agree'

what if halfway down the page there was a clause like:

'Apple reserve the right to come to your house and piss in your bed'

would that then be allowed?
