I already know the answer, I just want to know if anyone else does.

Say you've got a shitload of data of things that have happened over a period of time, and you want to know how many times each person responsible appears on the list. Pivot table, right? Right. Now, just say that each of these people have managers, and you want to somehow show on a monthly basis for each manager just the top 3 people that have had regular occurrences, preferably in a way that will update itself when the next months data comes about. What would you do?
