you can't really top it can you in terms of pure sadness can you? I think its important everyone goes through this in order to understand everything and how it works. I once went 3 days without eating and just wept and stared at the wall though shiny tear drowned eyes when I got dumped - I was 17 but you know its a feeling I hope I never experience again but so so so glad I did as it makes the sugar rush of joy far sweeter - anyone agree/not care?
