What were your favourite kinds when you were little?

If I watch any kids TV these days, I'm often in utter disgust. I can't believe the level of shitness the youth of today have to put up with. Its all people dressed up as funny creatures, learning things and having 'fun'. Then there's these boring cartoons about little girls and stuff...

There was nothing I loved more than to sit down and watch hours and hours of Tom and Jerry and Roadrunner. I loved those really old, speechless cartoons. They had such a massive appeal and required no thinking at all. Also, they weren't charged with these horrible morals about accepting one another and learning to share etc. It was just like... bad one chases good one - good one beats baddy to near death state.

They're better than all the rest. Even the likes of Transformers and Thundercats, which have been made more annoying since they were 'retrofied' by tshirt companies and fat students.

ALSO: I'm talking about the ancient Tom and Jerry. Anything made after the 60's/early 70's is disgusting.

Am I right?
