I'm trying to get train tickets to Edinburgh for next weekend, but it's telling me that all the cheapish tickets have sold out.

I'm pretty sure this isn't the case as there were plenty left yesterday afternoon and it there are now none cheaper than £54 at any time.

Will calling the company actually help me in any way or will they have access to the same information.

Also, if anyone wants to post some train company hate below, feel free.
