got one coming through now and its seriously pissing me off. not only is it making my lower jaw ache, but its made my gum swell up massively. it feels like ive got a pound coin lodged in my cheek, and it hurts to even smile, never mind if anything touches it. plus its shredded my inner cheek to fuck.

basically is this normal? will it sort itself out in a couple of days? or should i trek a few miles to my dentist to have it seen to?
