i know its not like i'm down the mines or owt proper like that. But sitting in front of a computer and typing all day at work fucks with your head and your body. its shit if your a guitarist as well cos it gives you stiffness in your arms and fingers.

Does anyone else get intenses frustration if they spend all day at the computer?

My eyes go crazy and i start getting really angry and snapping at people. I even went swimming at lunch which normally helps.

I have been cheered up by the missus sending me a picture of a tortoise with the head of the dragon's den presenter on it. he's a boogly-eyed wonder, look how much his head moves the next time you watch it, he almost went out of shot last week with one spasm.
