Whenever I try to use my laptop in a cafe, the little list of available networks comes up, I click the one for the cafe, enter the network key, and then get told that my computer's connected to the network. Then I open IE and it says that I'm not connected. How do I tell IE that I am and that it should let me look at the internet?
