I have one, but I'm not massively happy about it.

So:

1) Where can I find a good one for not much money? I want it very small, and plain. No studs or anything horrible like that.

2) Can you think of an alternative kind of jacket to wear when you go out? Because I can't. Mine works with every colour of jeans, and looks good with jeans no matter what fit they are.
