I was half asleep on the train when the fat middle aged oaf in the seat in front stood up and trod on my foot quite heavily. He didn't apologise so i was quite annoyed, but i let it pass as it could have been that he didn't realise what he'd done.

Then later on he did exactly the same thing, once more violating my foot in the same way. Again he didn't apologise. But what made me angry this time was that he turned round and looked at me as if to say something. Naturally i expected an apology, but instead he just turned around again. This brought out the beast in me, and i kicked him in the shins.

He told me not to get upset (I don't think i was, i just wanted to kick him) so i pointed out that he had done it twice and he deserved a kick for not apologising. He got flustered then wlaked off.

Athough i think i was justified in kicking him, i cannae help feeling that i overreated.
