the way the bbc is getting carried away you'd think people down south had never seen snow before. anything over an inch and half the country shuts down. if they were real englishmen they'd be out there in shirt sleaves, shovel in hand, knuckles bleeding digging their way to work through three feet of the stuff. not cowering at the slightest hint of white.

and no the snow isn't making driving conditions a bit risky, it's all the fucking idiots who can't drive with any common sense.

anyway... there is a few inches here at the moment and it's still snowing. hopefully there'll be lots of it in the morning, i love the snow, not a lot as satisfying as hearing that first crunch of boot on fresh snow on a clear winters morning. mmmmm, winter.
