Has said that he thinks we should disarm nukes......do you think that if the west agrees to disarm its nukes, Iran leadership and N korea leadership could see this as a political victory bargaining chip which might persuade them that they could not persue obtaining nukes that can be delivered?
Or is he being naive?
How would the more anti western islamic states see such an action, would it warm towards the west?
