back story:

headliners have pulled out of a gig in February but Seetickets are only offering a face-value refund even though, according to their tracking system, seetickets haven't even received the tickets themselves.

my argument...why should I have to pay postage costs when nothing was posted to anyone?!!

am i likely to win against these fuckers and get a full refund?!!
