I had some reiki the other day ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reiki ) - It didn't help much but I was having acupuncture and the woman decided a bit of reiki might help.

Thing is I know people who've really been helped by it, but sometimes you gotta wonder whether by not touching someone, you can actually heal them.
