I mean without being just plain abusive, but to show you are very annoyed with them, say a company or their representatives?
I often dispanse with Dear ####### and pur 'Hello' when I dont want to be formal, but even that could be taken to be freindly and cheerful, I was wondering what to put to let the reader know exactly what your frame of mind was.
