wooooah, i just probably my closest near-death experience i've ever had.

I was walking back down the road to work and it was ultra ultra windy, i imagine it was a bit like being in a small twister, stuff flying everywhere, bins spinning round etc,, i heard a big bang behind me and sort of stumbled forward, two cars pulled up going in opposite directions and the blokes inside were both saying something to me, as it was so windy i couldnt hear them so i went up to the window of the first car. The bloke was saying " look behind you, that branch nearly killed you." I turned round to see a massive chunk of tree on the pavement which would have definitely knocked me face first into the concrete, how strange, i was literally micro -seconds away from death.

I feel strangely elated, lucky and in shock....if id been walking a little bit slower of i'd stopped walking for any reason, i'd probably be a gonner-how odd....
