got up yesterday at 6.15am and worked on photos till 2pm. Decided to go back to bed 2-4pm. Woke up at 12.45am. I can't sleep normal hours and keep remembering reading things saying this contributes to heart attacks etc. Anyone else on here sleep rock'n'roll hours ?
